Big Shark, Joy Ride, Renfield & More

Greetings, readers! Welcome back to this week’s edition of Trailer Tuesday. This week’s a big one, with nine new trailers, including a couple final sneak peeks of films whose release dates are just around the corner.
First up, The Room master craftsman Tommy “Oh, hi, shark…” Wiseau returns to direct and star in the bafflingly incoherent and all the better for it Big Shark. The title says it all… plus boxing ’cause… sure. Sterling K. Brown and Mark Duplass work together to adapt and survive as the last two men on Earth in Biosphere. Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves provides one last look at all their evil wizard and dragon-filled adventures before its release this upcoming weekend. In the comedy Joy Ride, Ashley Park sets out on a trip to Asia with her three besties to search for her birth mother. An orphaned street teen must protect a goddess reincarnated as a young girl from evil forces in Knights of the Zodiac. In One Day as a Lion, Scott Caan plays a hitman who sends the mob into a frenzy after a hit against Academy Award winner J. K. Simmons’s wily debtor backfires. Academy Award winner Nicolas Cage chews up the scenery as well as his victims’ necks as the legendary monster Dracula in the final look at the horror comedy Renfield. In Rye Lane, two young adults both mending from breakups meet cute and connect over the course of one day in South London. And lastly, little white lies put Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s marriage to Tobias Menzies to the test in You Hurt My Feelings.
